104 Bed Specialist dementia care home Sandford Care Village incorporates a , 48 flat extra Care Atrium plus Restaurant, Gym and swimming pool. Our client asked for options of appropriate furniture to suit varied client groups. As well as this the dining rooms and lounge areas were completed in line with the interior design requirements. Wharram designs introduce furniture reflecting with the 1930s style for the Reminiscent rooms that were created in each home section.

Osbourne Court is a purpose built 58 bed residential home which incorporates a 32 Bed dementia unit. We were asked for developed furnishing schemes for the complete home and provided purpose built furniture and equipment specifically designed to aid dementia needs which included memory boxes and themed artwork.

Block A, Phase 1 (90 of 160 bed project) This is our latest project in 2011; We were asked to furnish the whole interior of both Phases, the client wanted a comfortable atmosphere with small intimate lounges. We provided our modern furniture, designed specifically for the Healthcare market, supportive seating and quality upholstery. Colour schemes designed to fulfil our client’s plan of a calm and relaxing atmosphere. The whole project to be completed later this year.

Pindar Award winning design 2011 The client wanted a specialist dementia care unit as part of Sandford Lodge, we used bright colours and specially designed furniture for this project. The client was delighted with the result and even more so with the prestigious PINDER award 2011

Completed in October 2011 this Luxury care facility is now open for business. Our clients wanted to create something very special, a care facility which had the feel of a luxury hotel rather than a care home. The facility has a series of suites each catering for a different type of resident; there are apartment rooms, there is an executive wing, there is a dedicated dementia suite, and a high dependency suite, all of which had to have a feel of luxury and a feel of home. During the open week, our clients commented how pleased they were with the outcome and especially the positive response they have had from potential residents.

Our customer wanted interior furnishing for a new home with over 100 bedrooms. The home provides care for residential, nursing and dementia care. The aim was to provide a quality environment with comfotable caring surroundings. Our clients were delighted with the results and are now open for business
